Terms of Service
Last updated: March 3, 2026
1. Beta Service
LadderHub is currently provided as a beta service. The platform is under active development and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice. By using LadderHub during the beta period, you acknowledge that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LadderHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
3. Account Registration
To use LadderHub, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to LadderHub, including brag items, skill assessments, and career overviews. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your organization.
6. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
LadderHub is a multi-tenant platform. Your company's data is logically isolated from other tenants. Managers and admins within your organization may access work-related data as part of the platform's intended functionality (e.g., reviewing brag items, skill assessments, and check-ins).
7. Service Availability
As a beta service, we do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes or planned downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LadderHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. During the beta period, the Service is provided without any service level agreements.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
